Synopsis:
An airforce plane is shot down by a Blackhawk jet. The Blackhawks investigate and spot a man escaping with a supply of uranium. The jet he flew was a real Blackhawk jet that had been destroyed months earlier.

The crook and his associates have discovered a device that can reintegrate parts of destroyed weapons. They use the device to reconstruct several weapons destroyed by the Blackhawks including the War Wheel. The Blackhawks trick the crooks into reassembling a booby-trapped machine. When the crooks try to use it they are apprehended.
