Chap. 2: "The Return of the Depth Beast"

Synopsis:
Killer Shark returns to menace the sea lanes with an underwater platform he has stolen from a race of mermen. Blackhawk and his team sneak inside the platform just before the entire structure is pulled to the bottom of the ocean by a whirlpool.

The whirlpool is being created by the mermen. They blame Blackhawk and Killer Shark for the loss of their platform which they intended to use against a terrible depth beast. Blackhawk escapes and battles the beast, also proving himself a friend of the mermen. Finally he uses one of the Shark’s weapons to rid the waters of the depth beast and earning the thanks of the mermen.
