Synopsis:
The Blackhawks with the exception of Chop Chop are captured by the Jailer. The team is placed in a cage with a bomb and no escape route.

Chop Chop learns of his friends’ capture and uses a device to travel into another dimension. Their he teams with police officer Fuz to defeat a gang of crooks. The crooks used a time travel belt which Chop Chop uses to free the Blackhawks. After the rescue is complete, the Blackhawks capture the Jailer.
