Synopsis:
The Blackhawks pursue and catch a thief who has stolen the Pearl of India. However, the thief drops the pearl down a drain, making it unreachable. Andre wishes he was small, so he could enter the drain and retrieve the pearl. A professor, who witnessed the capture, offers to help Andre with an experimental procedure that will reduce his size.
Andre undergoes the procedure, but the professor really intends to turn Andre into a monster. Once the transformation has occurred, he sends Andre after the other Blackhawks. Chop Chop and Hendrickson are also turned into monstrous giants. Blackhawk plans a trap to stop his transformed teammates, but it fails and the entire team is captured.
With the entire team under the professor's control, the scientist shrinks them all to tiny size in order to dispose of them. However, the Blackhawks escape and turn the tables by shrinking the professor too. The professor is revealed as Carl (the Con) Kendell. The Blackhawks restore themselves to normal, then force Kendell to retrieve the lost pearl before sending him to prison.
