Synopsis:
Queen Killer Shark returns to help Killer Shark with his criminals activities. Blackhawk knocks her jet out of the sky, while Killer Shark escapes. Zinda's original personality reasserts itself, but doctor's warn that additional stress could cause her to turn evil once again.
Blackhawk romances Zinda to distract her and keep her safe. However, Killer Shark uses a ray designed to turn Zinda evil again. The beam hits Blackhawk instead, causing him to become evil. Zinda pretends to turn evil again, so that she can restore Blackhawk to normal.
Killer Shark tests Blackhawk to ensure that he has really become evil. Blackhawk succeeds during the test and is branded a criminal. Zinda summons the other Blackhawks to stop Killer Shark. She then reverses the beam that affected Blackhawk. He is restored to normal, but as a side-effect, Zinda reverts to her Queen Killer Shark personality. Killer Shark and Zinda then escape, while Blackhawk rejoins his teammates.
