Synopsis:
Professor Falk, a former criminal, returns to his criminal ways and designs a robot. A freak storm causes Falk to fall into a coma-like state while the robot gets loose. The Blackhawks are able to subdue the robot and place it in the trophy room on Blackhawk Island.
When the Blackhawks perform for a charity, they are suddenly overcome with a compulsion to steal the funds. Later, they can't remember stealing the money. The authorities give the team a chance to recover the money. The Blackhawks soon locate it and the robot, which has escaped. They recover the money, but the robot escapes.
After another similar experience, the Blackhawks learn that they are victims of a group of devil-dolls which take control of their actions. The robot uses the devil-dolls to manipulate the team into the robberies. The Blackhawks trace the robot back to Falk and discover an antidote for the devil-dolls. Then they set a trap to capture the robot once and for all.
