Synopsis:
While on leave from the Blackhawks, Olaf takes a group of orphans to see the circus. When a trapeze rope fails, Olaf is forced into action to save one of the performers. Olaf notices that the rope was cut intentionally and looks for the culprit. When he catches another man examining the equipment he captures him. The man is the performer he rescued. Olaf then realizes that the accident was staged. He then stops another accident, as the circus lions escape from their cages. After he rounds them up, the circus performers admit to staging the accidents for publicity.
