This is a Detached Service Diary story starring Stanislaus.

Synopsis:
A criminal scientist Dr. Egbert has stolen the formula and antidote that allows him to create monsters. He transforms a crook named Seymour into an indestructible creature and sends him to steal radium. The Blackhawks stop the crime, but learn that only another monster can stop Seymour.

Stan undergoes the transformation and battles Seymour as a monster. It appears that Stan loses the fight, but he only made it look that way, so that he could get the antidote from Egbert. Stan is restored to normal, and both the crooks are taken into custody.
