Synopsis:
After opening their new business as underwater troubleshooters, the Sea Devils rescue a diver, Mona Moray, from a giant turtle. Mona explains that she was searching for her father a missing rocket scientist, who crashed in the ocean nearly a month before. Mona is receiving telepathic messages from her father which she and the Sea Devils follow to the ocean floor.

A trap is sprung and the Sea Devils are captured by a race of undersea invaders. The missing scientist is also being held captive. The invaders have given telepathic abilities to the humans to help them probe their minds for secrets of the surface world. They hope to send the rocket back to the surface as a giant bomb.

The Sea Devils begin thinking in pig latin so that the aliens can not understand them. Then they hollow out of of the rocket’s probes and place Nicky inside. They fire him back to the surface in hopes that he will alert the Coast Guard. Each team member, Professor Moray and Mona hold onto the probe as it is launched carrying them with it. They barely clear the shaft when the bomb is launched behind them. However the bomb explodes against the shaft doors, destroying the underwater world instead. The Sea Devils safely return to the surface with the professor and his daughter.
