Synopsis:
Joan's cousin Ally Gates comes to town to enter a national jitterbug contest. Ally insists that Joan be his partner, which she reluctantly agrees to. Jay takes Ally to a classical music concert where the box office is robbed. As the Flash, Jay stops the robbery, but the crook escapes when Jay hurts his back.

The crook and his gang strike again at the jitterbug contest. Jay, in attendance as a spectator, goes into action to stop them. His super-speed moves earn him the jitterbug championship trophy, but he chooses not to accept. Instead, Joan and ally win the contest and the trophy.
