Synopsis:
Following the Whip's abduction of Seguro's sheriff, the association of ranchers hire a group a city gangsters to kill the Whip. Mr. Dillon publishes a story of the gangsters' arrival. The killers threaten him. Rod Gaynor then becomes the Whip again and confronts the assassins. He scares them into believing he is a ghost. The assassins are run out of town, even though the ranchers discover the Whip's ruse.
