Synopsis:
Aquaman and Aqualad witness their water-sprite friend Quisp hijack a cargo vessel. The water-sprite then appears to attack them. When the Sea King recovers from the attack, Quisp arrives and explains that he did not steal the ship, but his twin brother, Quink, might be responsible.

Aquaman leads Quisp to his brother who has teamed with notorious pirate Captain Slade. Quink and Quisp battle with Aquaman caught in the middle, but the battle is called off when two sea beasts menace a nearby coastal city. Aquaman and Quisp corral the beasts and track down Quink again.

When reunited with his brother, Quisp explains that Slade is a criminal. Quink had been helping him because he thought Aquaman was the criminal. Quink then agrees to return home with the sea beasts.

A third water-sprite, Quirk, is also helping Slade. This one really is a criminal. Slade uses a ray-gun against Quisp to remove his powers temporarily, but when Quisp and Quink team-up they are able to assist Aquaman in defeating both Slade and the renegade water-sprite, Quirk.
