Synopsis:
After a battle in a rainstorm, Sgt. Rock finds a captured soldier named Kelly. The soldier carries a plugged nickel as a good luck charm. When a tank attacks, Kelly uses a grenade to destroy the tank's treads. Easy finishes off the tank. Kelly is injured, so he gives the nickel to Sgt. Rock.

Rock carries the nickel into battle. He thinks it brings him bad luck when Easy is ambushed. Rock is nearly killed in a river, but his fellow soldiers fight off the attack. Rock then returns the nickel to Kelly claiming that Easy is the only good luck piece that he needs.
