Orm is Aquaman's half-brother. They share the same father, but since Orm's mother was not an Atlantean he does not possess Aquaman's powers.
Synopsis:
Aquaman is summoned by the navy to fight an international hijacker called the Ocean Master. The Ocean Master tries to get the navy to back off their manhunt by threatening ships at sea. Aquaman deduces that the Ocean Master is causing problems by using a whale with special equipment attached.
Aquaman is able to track down the whale and battles Ocean Master. After the battle begins, Aquaman refuses to fight back or accept help from Aqualad. The navy drops depth charges near the scene. Ocean Master is able to escape in the confusion, but Aquaman disables the whale. Aquaman then explains to Aqualad that he recognized the Ocean Master as his half-brother Orm, which prevented him from fighting back.
