Synopsis:
Jimmy Olsen drinks his Elastic Lad formula to gain stretching powers and perform for his fan club. During the day Superman must secretly aid Jimmy to prevent him from getting into trouble. Jimmy locates the Big Job Mob, a criminal organization, and captures them. His formula wears off at the wrong time causing him to lose his powers. He is bailed out by his fan club members who arrive to help him hold the crooks for the police.
