Synopsis:
Professor Sardon creates a device to siphon off some of Superboy’s power and transfer it to criminal Pee Wee Ragan. Sardon has a heart attack, then Ragan destroys the device. Ragan becomes a super-criminal equal to Superboy. Ragan flies into space, locating a world inhabited by robots. The robots have a vault containing valuable minerals and jewels. Ragan tries to raid the vault. A Kryptonite meteor inside kills him, having inherited Superboy’s weakness along with his powers.
