Professor Potter’s growth serum was last shown in the second story of Superman’s Pal Jimmy Olsen #47.

Synopsis:
Disappointed that Lucy Lane thinks he is too young, Jimmy Olsen drinks some of Professor Potter’s growth serum. The serum has been around for awhile and has an opposite effect on Jimmy, turning him into a toddler. He dresses as Superbaby and visits the Planet office looking for a cure.

Unable to find the necessary information, he visits Lois’s apartment and pretends to be a baby left for Lois to protect. Lois takes in the child who immediately shows affection for Lucy. Jimmy then exposes her date as a mobster.

The crook locks Jimmy in the bedroom where he summons Superman. Superman helps Jimmy fake super powers making the girls and the crook believe he is the real Superbaby. Jimmy defeats the crook and is given the antidote by Superman.
