Synopsis:
Jimmy Olsen spots a criminal scientist, Dr. Zarro, and attempts to capture him in order to impress Lucy Lane. Lucy and Jimmy are captured by the scientist, and Zarro tries to force Jimmy to reveal the location of the Fortress of Solitude. Jimmy doesn’t know, so Zarro uses a special gas which shrinks Lucy and Jimmy to tiny size.

Jimmy and Lucy try to escape the now over-sized room. Jimmy eventually succeeds and has already figured out that the shrinking was a hoax. The room was just big, they never were tiny at all. Jimmy captures Zarro, then summons Superman.
