Synopsis:
Lana Lang discovers Superman’s secret identity. While she knows it would be a big scoop, she doesn’t feel it would be right to tell anyone. She finally asks Superman to hypnotize her into forgetting it. Superman is proud of Lana and sees her differently. Instead of erasing the knowledge from Lana's mind, he proposes to her.

The two get married immediately, and Superman develops a serum to give Lana super powers permanently. Lana continually saves Superman from the danger of Kryptonite because she does not share this vulnerability. Superman however begins losing his self-respect, eventually leading to Lana leaving him so he can regain his pride.
