Synopsis:
A spaceship from the planet Salan arrives on Earth. Shara, the female ambassador meets Jimmy Olsen and request that he show her around. Shara has a pet creature named Gnor that Jimmy finds disgusting, but he endures it because Shara is pretty.

When Shara takes ill, Jimmy takes Gnor for a walk. Lucy Lane meets Jimmy and leads him to Professor Potter's lab. Jimmy and Lucy are accidentally turned elderly by one of the professor's inventions. Gnor's leash seems to jump from Jimmy's hand to Potter's. Then Superman reveals that he was disguised as the professor. Lucy learned that Gnor was leeching energy from Jimmy, so she contacted Superman to save him. Gnor absorbs too much energy from Superman and is destroyed.
