Synopsis:
The Flash is puzzled by a series of robberies committed by the Green Ghost in which the crook seemingly disappears. The Green Ghost is really Doctor Light using a device known as a photonikron to make himself appear as ordinary objects.
Doctor Light sets a trap for the Flash at the Flash Museum. Doctor Light believes that he has succeeded in killing the Flash and casts an illusion on the speedsters body to make him look like a block on concrete. Flash is then left on the street and passed by people without notice.
However, Flash's body was vibrating at terrific speeds making him only appear dead. Flash recovers and rises from the ground, though he still looks like concrete. He is taken to police headquarters, where Doctor Light strikes again.
In trying to kill the Flash, Doctor Light removes the illusion from the speedster and also reveals himself. Flash then battles a series of light-based attacks and succeeds in defeating Doctor Light.
