Synopsis:
Martian Manhunter learns about two upcoming robberies planned by Vulture. At the first robbery, he witnesses monsters committing the crime. The monsters have flame breath which weakens the Manhunter. To avoid the danger, J'onn shapeshifts into the form of one of the monsters, but he is unable to change back.

At the next robbery, J'onn shows up in monster form and impersonates one of the crooks. He returns to their headquarters where he finds the machine which changes men into monsters. The machine changes J'onn back to normal. He then destroys it and apprehends the gang.
