This story was published while Superman was in self-imposed exile. Since he is still on Earth in this story, it must take place chronologically before he left Earth. Synopsis:
When news of a suicide bombing hits the Daily Planet newsroom, George, a Planet employee, suggests that Superman should take revenge on the people of Qurac. George is not alone in his sentiment. Elsewhere in the city, two men attack a Quraci business owner and set fire to his establishment.
