Synopsis:
Bruce Gordon and Eclipso are separated again. Eclipso returns to a secret lab where he has conducted his own experiments. Bruce follows him and uses a light grenade to force Eclipso to merge with his body. However, Eclipso has created a special glass screen. When Eclipso merges with Bruce through the screen, a Negative Eclipso is created.

The Negative Eclipso is immune to light blasts and escapes from Bruce. Gordon decides to create an artificial eclipse to transform himself into Eclipso. Using an ultra-violet ray Bruce is able to maintain control in the Eclipso form. Then as Eclipso, Bruce battles Negative Eclipso. Bruce succeeds in defeating his foe by breaking light into a spectrum. Bruce is made whole again with the knowledge that he can create a good Eclipso when necessary.
