Synopsis:
Supergirl catches Leon Jackson, a youth who has stolen a miniature Superman statue from a museum to use as an ornament for his motorcycle. The judge lets Leon off lightly after Mr. Smallville, a youth advocate speaks up for the boy. He then helps Leon enroll at Stanhope College.

Supergirl is not happy that Leon was rewarded for stealing. As Linda, she decides to give him another chance. However, Leon is soon implicated in a theft on campus and an act of vandalism. Linda begins to suspect that Leon is being framed.

When she switches to her Supergirl identity, a change comes over her. As a side effect of a Red Kryptonite exposure, Supergirl herself has been framing Leon. As Linda she was unaware of what she had been doing. Supergirl tries to frame Leon one more time before the Red K wears off. She then makes things right for Leon and gives him that statue for his motorcycle.
