Synopsis:
At a sports festival featuring athletes from the country of Dukalia, Lois and Clark spot a discharged Navy officer, Captain Lang. After they leave, Superman returns to show up the Dukalian team.

Lois suspects Lang of working with the Dukalians and breaks into his room. She is captured and brought to the harbor where a experimental vessel is docked. Superman follows them and allows himself to be captured in his Clark Kent guise.

The vessel is a submarine that Lang is selling to the Dukalians and Karl Wolff. Lang, however, is not a traitor. He was trying to capture the spies, but he is uncovered. The spies launch Clark out a torpedo tube, but he returns as Superman, defeating the foreign agents and recovering the vessel.
