This story originally was not titled; the title shown here was given on the contents page of Greatest Golden Age Stories Ever Told in which this story is reprinted.
Synopsis:
The Nazis assault the Russian town of Krovka. While under siege, young Tanya Vanin escapes the town and seeks help from the Commandos. The Commandos arrive to help the Russians defend themselves. Brooklyn is left behind, but he joins Tanya and together they destroy the Nazi munitions. The siege is broken, saving the town.
