Synopsis:
Invisible men steal plans from the office of FBI chief Woodley Allen. Allen summons Starman to pursue them, but news of a cave-in trapping Doris Lee sidetracks him. In the cave, Starman is ambushed by invisible men and taken to their leader, the Mist.

The Mist is stealing American secrets because he was scoffed at by the military in the past. With his inviso-solution he can render people and even planes invisible. He throws Starman into a pit, but the hero revives and stops the planes. Then Starman rescues Doris and kayos the Mist.
