Synopsis:
Six of the Justice Society's greatest foes have banded together as the Injustice Society of the World. The villains have caused several large jail breaks across the country, creating a criminal army. They have also replaced key members of the American defenses with automatons.

The JSA divides to deal with the threat. One-by-one they face off against the Injustice Society. Hawkman is captured by Vandal Savage; Flash is beaten by the Thinker; Brain Wave believes that he kills Green Lantern; Atom discovers the Injustice Society's headquarters, but fails to elude capture; Dr. Mid-Nite is defeated by Degaton; and Wonder Woman and Johnny Thunder are taken prisoner too.

The six surviving heroes awaken in a cage in the Injustice Society's base. They escape only to find themselves on trial by the criminals. The Thinker is the judge. He declares them innocent. The other villains are shocked, when Thinker turns out to be Green Lantern in disguise. The JSA defeat their foes, while the Wizard tries to escape. On the street, members of the Junior JSA find and apprehend the magician. The villains are turned over to the authorities, and the crime army is defeated.
