Synopsis:
When the robberies by her Bee-Men are thwarted by J’onn J’onzz, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, and Green Arrow, Zazzala the Queen Bee, ruler of the planet Korll, uses her radiation rod to take control of the JLA members. In order to regain their free wills, and prevent the Earth from being destroyed by a doomsday device, the super-heroes must aid Zazzala in seeking out three vials containing an immortality elixir perfected by a Korllian scientist.

The Martian Manhunter battles a flaming lava creature, Wonder Woman and Flash fight killer plants, and Green Lantern and Green Arrow match wits with an animated glacier in order to win the serum. Zazzala gains the vials she sought, and the League thus fulfills the terms of their bargain, but J’onn J’onzz and Green Lantern seal the containers so that Zazzala can never use the serum.

Returning to their headquarters, the heroes relate their adventure to late arrivals Superman, Batman, and Aquaman, and in turn hear the Atom relate the story of his battle against Dr. Light.
