Synopsis:
Batman is given a notebook by a dying FBI agent and told the words "Strange" and "Fog". When a dense fog then envelops the city, Batman suspects Professor Hugo Strange, a criminal genius, is behind it.
Using the information in the notebook, Batman is able to thwart Strange’s crimes which occur under the protection of a blinding fog. Strange’s men are able to trap and capture the Dark Knight Detective and bring him to their boss.
Batman awakens and frees himself from captivity. Then he using knockout gas to stop the criminal gang. Finally he tackles Strange himself. Batman learns that the fog was created by a machine developed by Henry Jenkins who is being held captive by Strange. Batman and Jenkins disable the machine, lifting the fog from the city.
