Synopsis:
While Batman is yards away fighting street criminals, two terrorists enter a meeting of Vietnam veterans and open fire. When they run out of ammunition the terrorists kill themselves. Batman learns that the FBI has evidence that Abu Hassan, a Syraqui diplomat planned the attack, but they cannot go after him because he has diplomatic immunity.
Batman is unwilling to let the incident go. He flies to London to find Hassan at the Syraqui embassy there. Batman breaks in and fights the diplomat and his bodyguard. During the fight, the bodyguard accidentally kicks Hassan off a balcony. The diplomat falls to his death.
Batman escapes, but not before learning of a plan to bomb parliament. Since it is Guy Fawkes day, his warnings are not taken seriously. Batman finds the suicide bombers and stops them from entering parliament. The terrorists are killed when their bombs go off in the street in front of the building.
