Synopsis:
While touring the Gargan factory for a story, Clark Kent spots a bomb with his X-ray vision. He slips away and returns as Superman to smother the bomb. Sergeant Casey and Superman track down likely suspects, which lead them to Steve Grant. Grant is indeed the saboteur, but his boss tries to kill him. Superman protects Grant in order to learn the identity of the ring leader. After several attacks, Superman finds and captures Ralph Cowan, the head of the sabotage ring.
