Synopsis:
A new gang which uses special paint guns to camouflage themselves has robbed an art museum. Green Arrow can’t stop their getaway because he can’t see where to shoot his arrows.

The inventor of the spray guns, the Camouflage King, decides to go along on the next job in case Green Arrow shows up again. When G.A. and Speedy arrive, the crook sprays them both so they can’t see one another. The bowmen can’t fire for fear of hitting one another. Instead G.A. fires a Midnight Arrow into the air, which releases black ink. The ink allows the archers to see the crooks and stop their getaway.
