Synopsis:
Superman and Jimmy locate Transilvane, an artificial planet created by Dabney Donovan under Bloodmoor cemetery. Dragorin, Lupek, and their associates attack the invaders. Jimmy is knocked out, but Superman remains conscious. The attackers fear the impending flight of the Demon Dog which will doom their world. Superman finds the dog, a machine created by Donovan to eradicate life on Transilvane. After he destroys it, Dragorin and his people return home. Donovan had influenced their culture by projecting monster movies into their skies. Superman reverses the influence by projecting a different movie, Oklahoma.
Elsewhere, the Newsboy Legion confronts Jim Harper's killer. However, a bomb set by Inter-Gang destroys the bunker leaving the killer dead.
