Synopsis:
Johnny is stranded at sea with Peachy Pet and several sailors in a lifeboat. He orders the Thunderbolt to take him to the nearest dry land, so the Thunderbolt clears a hole in the ocean leading to the land on the ocean floor. Before Johnny can fix the problem, a Nazi submarine manuevers into the hole.

The Nazis take the sailors prisoners. However, Johnny meets an American spy named Rausch aboard the sub. Rausch convinces Johnny to allow the hole to be maintained by the Thunderbolt. The Nazis set up a base there from which they can launch attacks. Once the equipment is in place, Johnny orders the Thunderbolt to close the hole. The Nazi equipment is destroyed. Rausch and Johnny then rescue the prisoners and take over the submarine.
