Synopsis:
Commissioner Gordon views a crime scene that makes him believe the Joker has returned. When the Joker strikes at an investor conference, the Commissioner comes face to face with the clown. However, something feels out of place. The person committing these crimes is not the real Joker. Curtis Base, an investment scam artist is behind the crimes. The real Joker, who is still recovering from injury hears about the imposter. Although he had lost his sense of humor, the real Joker is moved to take action.
