Synopsis:
The evil brother of scientist Sir Basil Lorimer kills him, after using Sir Basil’s expertise to fashion a ball of metal that emits radiation when activated. He uses this ball to kill guards and commit fantastic thefts, until he is brought to bay by the Sandman, who turns the villain’s own gun on him in self-defense.
