Synopsis:
Woodley Allen and Professor Moro investigate a series of aritficial earthquakes plaguing America. Doris Lee has stowed away on their plane hoping to meet Starman. The plane is brought down in South America in an area known as the Land Beyond the Clouds.

Allen signals Starman for help and he arrives to combat Captain Vurm, a terrorist responsible for the quakes. Starman frees the captives and smashes Vurm’s base. The villain himself is killed trying to escape.
