Synopsis:
When several artists are evicted from their building, the King takes an interest in helping them. Disguised as one of the artists, the King begins asking questions of the new artists who have moved into the building. When they act suspiciously the King returns at night and discovers drugs hidden inside their paintings.

The King traces the paintings to the houseboat of Zero Cifers. The Witch is also involved. The King busts their operation. He apprehends the members of the syndicate, but he lets the Witch escape.
