Synopsis:
Writer Alphonse Peckabit decides to write a story where the villain wins. Upon completion of Peckabit's writing, the character appears in real life. Surprised, Peckabit then creates two more villains who manifest into reality. He then sends the three villains to fetch food, while he thinks of a way to use them. The Flash encounters the creations on the street and thinks they are actors. However, when they smash up and rob a deli, he follows them back to Peckabit.
The Flash easily defeats the villains, then he invites them to perform at a charity benefit. Peckabit agrees, though he secretly plans to rob the wealthy guests. Underworld boss Ted Tappan also plans to stage a robbery at the event. The Flash is on hand to stop both groups. Peckabit then tries creating another villain named the Zipper with speed exceeding that of the Flash. However, the villain burns himself to death. Peckabit leaps to his death, while the remaining villains and Tappan's gang decide to turn away from crime and start a Vaudeville act.
