Synopsis:
Racketeer Socks Striker targets the Gorman Department Store. He interrupts business in an attempt to force store owner Ed Gorman to make him a partner. When Joan Williams does not receive some dresses that she ordered from the store, the Flash investigates. He stops the racketeers and apprehends Striker, saving Gorman and Joan in the process.
