Synopsis:
Rod and Marisa enjoy an evening at a night club which is interrupted when an old man accuses the singer of stealing his song. The man is thrown out of the club, but Marisa follows him. Rod goes with her, and they learn that racketeers Nick Madera is involved. When Madera's men try to grab the old man, Rod becomes the Whip to save him. The Whip then brings everyone back to the night club and exposes the truth. The man did write the song, but Madera and his men copied it.
