Synopsis:
Captain Boomerang has been released from prison on parole. He has designed a new boomerang which travels through time. He is using it to commit crimes while he has an alibi. Flash knows that Boomerang is behind the crimes and has been watching him, but he is unable to find out how the crimes are being committed.
Flash enlisted the aid of the Elongated Man to help him with the case. The duo spot the boomerang that is committing the thefts. Together they are able to catch up to it and stop it before it can fly away. When they decide to dust it for fingerprints, Boomerang runs off. They catch him quickly, but aliens attack at the same time. Boomerang agrees to join the heroes to defeat the alien threat.
The aliens have fatigue guns which cause weakness in humans. The trio is able to chase off the aliens using their powers. During the battle, Boomerang is able to get one of the guns.
After the aliens return to their dimension, Boomerang uses the weapon on the Flash. Flash is tied to a giant boomerang and shot into space. Elongated Man is able to catch him just in time. Together, they escort the villain to jail.
