Synopsis:
Bizarro and his family are exiled for making something perfect on Bizarro World. The "S" on his costume is perfect. The family is imprisoned on a planet surrounded by Blue Kryptonite. To escape, Bizarro creates Bizarro-Luthor who is good. Bizarro-Luthor helps Bizarro, but forces him to do good deeds on Earth in exchange. Bizarro is assisted by the Bizarro Emergency Squad from the imperfect duplicate of Kandor. The good deeds turn out badly, but Bizarro returns home anyway. He then makes imperfect costumes for all the Bizarros with a backwards "S" to make up for his crime.
