This is a dream story.

Synopsis:
Nasty slips a fear drug into Supergirl's water. The drug causes Supergirl to fear everything. She goes berserk and destroys half the town. Eventually, Nasty finds her and calms her down. She then leads Supergirl to Lex Luthor. They gloat over Supergirl's condition. They then play a prank on her which sends the Girl of Steel into another panic. Nasty and Lex are trapped when the building collapses. Supergirl then runs out into the street.

Suddenly, Linda Danvers awakens. The entire sequence was nothing more than a nightmare.
