Synopsis:
On the waterfront, the King helps Jim Kress, a reporter, fight off two thugs. Jim explains that a gang of racketeers headed by Eldon Junkers have been bothering Jim's father. The King disguises himself as Jim and stops a pair of thugs at Mr. Kress's grocery store. Then, disguised as the store owner, he confronts Junkers. He allows Mr. Kress the credit for the arrest, but the crooks know the King was the man responsible for their capture.
