Synopsis:
The Dale Brothers Circus comes to Smallville with their star attraction, Trixie the giant elephant. When Trixie sees Superboy pass overhead she goes wild. The Boy of Steel is able to use the smell of peanuts to bring her under control.

Later, Kuku the circus clown distracts Superboy while Nardu the ringmaster causes the circus tent to collapse. Superboy helps the people trapped inside. While this is going on, Trixie gets loose again and attacks an armored car on the highway. When the car goes missing, Superboy joins the search. He eventually uncovers the fact that Trixie is not a real elephant. She is a robot with the missing armored car hidden inside. Superboy exposes the scheme and the perpetrators, Kuku and Nardu.
