Synopsis:
Shiera buys a rare orchid. When she takes it home, it emits a gas which knocks her unconscious. The plants owner then arrives and kidnaps Shiera. He is botanist Benjamin Brock who has discovered rare plant species including a race of plant men. Hawkman comes to Shiera's aid and battles the plant men. He manages to set the greenhouse containing the plant men on fire. Fearing his beloved plants will be lost, Brock charges into the fire and is killed along with the plant men.
