Synopsis:
Lois's niece Susie visits Metropolis and begins spinning fantastic stories. Lois is hard on the girl, so Superman makes the story of Susie catching a whale appear to be true. Susie then phones the Daily Planet with a scoop indicated Beaker Beales is planning to cause a riot. Susie's scoop was based on a conversation between two men, but she got it wrong. Lois is embarrassed because her byline ran on the story.

Superman discovers that Beales is planning a riot. He follows the gang and prevents the crook from succeeding with his plans. He then gives the story to the Planet with Lois's name. Her reputation is saved. Lois then disciplines Susie for causing the trouble.
